I recently tried the beef pares at a local Beef Pares in town, and it was absolutely delicious. The dish consisted of tender chunks of beef simmered in a rich, flavorful sauce made with soy sauce, garlic and other spices, served with a side of java rice.
The beef was incredibly tender and practically melted in my mouth, while the sauce had the perfect balance of sweet and savory flavors. It was clear that the beef had been cooked for a long time to achieve such a melt-in-your-mouth texture and the sauce was so addictive that I found myself spooning it over every bite of rice.
The portion size was also generous, making it an excellent value for the price. Overall, I would highly recommend this beef pares dish to anyone looking for a delicious, satisfying meal with authentic Buenavistahanon flavors. It's definitely worth trying!
