Sa inisyal nga imbestigasyon nasayran nga ang biktima nagpalit og itlog (Balut) sa usa ka tindahan dihang kalit lang nga duha ka mga suspek sakay sa usa ka pribadong metallic gray nga Mitsubishi Mirage nga sakyanan niduol sa biktima ug gipusil ang biktima sa makadaghang higayon. Human niini, misibat ang duha ka suspek palayo sa crime scene. Ang biktima daling gidala sa mirespondeng mga personahe sa labing duol nga tambalanan apan gideklarar kini nga dead on arrival sa nag-atiman nga mananambal.
Gipahigayon ang hot pursuit operation hinungdan sa pagkasikop sa usa sa mga suspek nga si alyas Jun samtang ang laing suspek nakaikyas.

Kasama sa mga pasahero dito ay sina Shiela Leal Guo, kapatid ni former Bamban Tarlac Mayor Alice Guo na nameke ng Philippine Passport at si Cassandra Li Ong, isa sa mga incorporator ng Lucky South 99. Ang POGO na iniimbestigahan sa Porac, Pampanga.
Ang dalawa ay kabilang sa pinaghahanap ng Kamara at Senado.
Sinundo sila ng mga kawani ng ating Bureau of Immigration sa Indonesian Immigration.
Nahuli sina Shiela Leal Guo at Cassandra Li Ong sa Mega Mall Batam Centre, isang mall sa Riau, Indonesia noong Aug. 20. Nang makwelyuhan ng Indonesian Immigration ang dalawa, hindi kasama si Alice Guo at pinaniniwalaang ito ay nakapuslit.
Pumasok ng Jakarta si Alice Leal Guo, Sheila Leal Guo at Cassandra Li Ong mula Singapore sa pamamagitan ng isang cruise ship.
Dahil sa intelligence data sharing, ang Philippine Bureau of Immigration ay lumiham sa Indonesian Immigration at nagrequest na manmanan ang tatlo at kung mahuli ay agad na maimpormahan sila at i-turnover sa kanila.
Noong Aug. 20, nang mahuli na nga si Shiela at si Cassandra, agad naman inimpormahan ng Indonesian authorities ang Philippine Bureau of Immigration.
At nitong Aug. 21, lumipad pa-Jakarta, Indonesia ang isang grupo ng Philippine Bureau of Immigration.

JUST IN: The Department of Health confirms that one new monkeypox (mpox) case has been detected in the Philippines.

The case, confirmed yesterday, August 18, involves a 33-year-old male Filipino with no travel history outside the country but with close intimate contact three weeks before the onset of symptoms. Symptoms began more than a week ago with fever, followed four days later by the appearance of a distinct rash on the face, back, nape, trunk, groin, as well as on the palms and soles. The case was seen at a government hospital.

This is the 10th laboratory-confirmed case.
