𝙄𝙉 𝘾𝘼𝙎𝙀 𝙔𝙊𝙐 𝙈𝙄𝙎𝙎𝙀𝘿 𝙄𝙏 | Biri National High School 54th Founding Anniversary Celebration was highlighted with the coronation of the Mr. & Ms. BNHS 2024, in the evening of the 30th day of August.

At the aforementioned celebration, the induction ceremony of the newly-elected officers of the Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG), Homeroom Parents and Teachers Association (HRPTA), and General Parents Teachers and Employees Association was also conducted.

Sir Mark P. Bonabon, the esteemed Senior High School Department Head of Biri NHS, bids farewell to its faculty and staff before he will transfer as an instructor to the University of Eastern Philippines yesterday, September 13, 2024.

A short program was dedicated to him and his remarkable times, highlighting the messages of the department heads as well as the school head, Ma'am Russel C. Beduya.

Sir Bonabon expressed his utmost gratitude with his heartwarming message. He also thanked his colleagues for their unwavering support of his endeavors.

The Biri NHS Teachers & Administration wish you a successful journey ahead. Thank you so much for your incomparable service, Sir Mark!

September 4, 2024 — Schools Division Superintendent Dr. Gaudencio C. Aljibe Jr. of DepEd Northern Samar, together with the Division Office Medical Team, visited Biri District after it was severely affected by the Tropical Depression Enteng that brought damages to properties and risk to the students and teachers alike, particularly those landslide-prone schools. The medical team conducted psychological and medical checkups for the teachers, held at the evacuation center of Brgy. Poblacion, Biri, Northern Samar.

𝘼𝙉𝙉𝙊𝙐𝙉𝘾𝙀𝙈𝙀𝙉𝙏 || As of the order of Hon. Mayor Amelita B. Delos Reyes, face-to-face classes will be suspended until the Mines and Geosciences Bureau (MGB) declares that the Biri NHS Campus is safe.

Due to this, classes will be shifted to a modular distance learning modality tomorrow, the 3rd day of September 2024.

Hindi nagpatinag ang mga kalahok mula sa ikapitong baitang hanggang ikalabingdalawang baitang kahit panaka-nakang bumubuhos ang ulan.

Sa unang kategorya, naglaban-laban ang ikapito at ikawalong baitang. Tampok dito ang kanilang makukulay at makabansang kasuotan.

Sa pangalawang kategorya naman, binigyang-diin ang katarungan at kalayaan ng mga nasa ikasiyam at ikasampung baitang naman ang nagtagisan.

At sa huling kategorya, na binubuo ng ikalabing-isa at ng ikalabingdalawa ang nagtagisan, ang eksena ay matapang na depiksyon ng himagsikan.

On this 26th day of August 2024, we gave honor to those who sacrificed their lives for the independence of our beloved nation through courageous acts, remarkable hard words, and great patriotism.

As per the memorandum of the Republic Act 9492 s. 2007, the country celebrates every fourth Monday of the month of August of every year, as National Heroes' Day also known as "Araw Ng Mga Bayani" by casting a special non-working holiday on the calendar.

As we commemorate National Heroes Day, let us reflect and honor those extraordinary individuals from the past to the present who contributed to our motherland by all means.
