Easy Birthday Moist Chocolate Cake 🎂

Ingredients
• 3 large eggs
• 3 cups granulated white sugar(600g)
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 1/2 cups milk(12oz)
• 1 cup vegetable oil (8oz)
• 1 1/2 teaspoons vinegar
• 3 1/2 cups all purpose flour(420g)
• 3 teaspoons baking powder
• 2 teaspoons baking soda
• 1 1/2 cups unsweetened cocoa powder(150g)
• 1 1/2 cups hot water(375ml)

Chocolate Ganache
• 300g dark chocolate compound
• 1 1/2 cups liquid whipping cream/all purpose cream

PATATIM RECIPE W/ SPRITE🤤❤️

Ingredients:

2 kilos (pork leg), pata ng baboy
750 ml (3 cups) Sprite
¼ cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
1 head of garlic, minced
½ cup soy sauce
2-3 pcs star anise
2-3 pcs bay leaves
½ teaspoon pepper corn
3-5 tablespoon cooking oil (or enough to sear the pork hocks)
1 cup water
1 tablespoon cornstarch (dissolved in 1 cup of water)

Directions:
(1) Heat oil in a pan

(2) Sear the ham hock/pork knuckle (or pork leg) 5 – 8 minutes on each side until light brown.

(3) Set aside

(4) In a pot, add all ingredients: 1 cup water, soy sauce, pepper corn, garlic, sugar, star anise, bay leaves & sprite
(5) Mix well until sugar is dissolve.

(6) Add the ham hock / pork knuckle (or pork leg)

(7) Let it boil in medium high heat. Once boiling adjust to medium heat. Cover

(8) Cook for 2-3 hours until desired tenderness is achieved (depending on the quality of the meat).
a. Using pressure cooker can save your time in cooking the meat (45 minutes – 1 hour).

(9) Once in a while, make sure each side are soaked in the mixture.

(10) Add water as needed.

(11) Once the meat is already cooked, set aside. Arrange in your serving plate.

(12) Add the cornstarch mixture (cornstarch dissolved in 1 cup of water) in the remaining sauce.

(13) Stir. Simmer for 3-5 minutes until desired consistency.

(14) Pour the sauce into the pork hock/pork knuckle (or pork leg)

COCONUT MACAROONS Recipe

Procedure :
1.pre heat oven for 10 min. At 350°F.
2.Cream the margarine and gradually add the sugar.
3.Beat well and add the milk,eggs, and vanilla to the creamed margarine
4.Blend thoroughly.
5.add dessicated coconut, all purpose flour and the baking powder using spatula.
(Do not over mix)
6.fill the paper liner with coconut mixture and bake for 15-25 min.

Buko Pandan Jelly Cake( Recipe )

Ingredients:

8pcs Fudgee Barr Macapuno Flavor

Buko Pandan Jelly Mixture:
Buko Pandan Jelly Powder
3/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup cornstarch
500ml water
2 cans of Evaporated Milk

Procedure ‼️
1. ilagay Ang buko pandan jelly powder sa kaldero or kaserola
2 .lagyan ng sugar ' cornstarch,water .at 2 can evaporated milk or fresh milk..
3.lutuin medium heat lang.
4.paghaluin Hanggang sa ma sticky na Yung mixture.nya
5.At pang last ilagay na Yung hinalo at itapings .

❤️Siopao Asado Recipe ❤️
Ingredients:👇👇👇

Siopao Dough:
3 cups cake flour or all purpose flour plus cornstarch (see my note to make cake flour)
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp rapid rise yeast
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup lukewarm milk
3 tablespoon oil

Note: 1 tsp of vinegar to be added in the water for steaming to make the dough whiter

Procedure for Dough
Combine flour, sugar, yeast, salt and baking powder in a large bowl. Pour in milk and mix several times just to moisten the dry ingredients. Add oil and mix until a dough forms.
Tip the dough into a flat surface and knead until smooth and elastic. Usually takes about 10-12 minutes by hand or 8-10 with mixer.
Rest the dough for 20-30 minutes or until it has risen to just almost double the original size. (Meanwhile, prepare the filling)

For The Asado Filling
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 small onion, peeled and chopped
2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
1 cup mixed vegetables (optional)
1 pound pork butt or shoulder, cut into large chunks
2 cups water
1/3 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
3 tablespoons sugar
2 star anise
1 tablespoon cornstarch
Egg/salted egg slices optional filling

Steps to cook Asado Filling:
In a pot over medium heat, heat oil. Add onions and garlic and cook until softened.
Add pork and cook, turning as needed, until lightly browned.
Add 2 cups of the water, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and star anise. Stir until well-dispersed. Bring to a boil, skimming scum that may float on top.
Lower heat, cover, and continue to cook for about 1 hour or until meat is fork-tender. Add more water in half cup increments as needed to maintain 1 1 /2 cups liquid.
With a slotted spoon, remove pork from the pot and let cool to touch. Using two forks, shred meat. You may add slices of egg/salted egg inside the filling

Finale:
Cut the dough to 16 equal parts. Add 1 tbsp of filling, then make pleats, twist and seal on top. Add wax paper at the bottom of the dough. Rest the filled siopao for about 30 minutes. Steamed at medium heat for 12-15 minutes. Enjoy!

Note: 1 cup all purpose flour less 2 tbsp all purpose flour plus 2 tbsp cornstarch

400 gms macaroni
300 gms chicken breast boiled and diced
1 pack nestle cream 250 ml
