Here are the frequently asked questions and answers from JQ Kitchenette.

📌Where are you located?
- We are located in Biñan, Laguna.

📌Do you deliver?
- Yes! If Biñan or Pacita San Pedro Laguna, we PERSONALLY deliver it every saturdays po. Pero pag weekdays naman nagdedeliver parin kami ng orders thru lalamove or grab.

📌Nagdedeliver po ba kayo sa MANILA/NCR or sa iba pang lugar bukod sa Biñan, Laguna at San Pedro Laguna?
- YES! In fact, we delivered in NCR and other parts of Laguna many times already.

📌Tuwing kailan po ang delivery?
-WE DELIVER EVERYDAY! Lalamove every weekdays and Sundays; Every saturday we personally deliver in Biñan and Pacita Laguna.

📌Magkano po delivery fee?
- I-message lang po sa amin ang inyong complete address para makakuha tayo ng estimate delivery fee sa amin, and/or sa lalamove/grab.

📌Ilan piraso po yung palitaw kada box/order?
- sa Ube palitaw 150 pesos LIMANG PIRASO na
- sa Yema palitaw 100 pesos LIMANG PIRASO na
- sa Classic Palitaw 55pesos SAMPONG PIRASO na

📌Paano po umorder?
-Message lang po sa amin agad Together with your complete address, contact number, name, and your orders. Just place your orders atleast 1-2 days in advance

📌Hanggang kailan po tumatagal ang palitaw niyo? Napapanis po ba agad?
-Atleast one day kahit hindi i-ref, hindi agad napapanis. Pero we highly recommend na iconsume siya pag bagong luto palang.

📌Pwede po ba ilagay sa ref or sa freezer?
- Yes! Tumatagal ang palitaw namin ng atleast 2-3 days sa ref at atleast 2 weeks or more sa freezer. Basta i-steam lang for atleast 3 minutes pag galing sa ref at 7-8minutes naman pag galing sa freezer, bago ito kainin.
