During the collaborative meeting of Barangay Concepcion-Civil Society Organizations of the Laymen of the Iglesia Filipina Independiente, Senior Citizen Association and Persons with Disability Association held last November 19, 2022, the three sectoral groups decided to lead the vezpera night of barangay fiesta.

Relative to this, to add more colors in the celebration of the Feast of the Immaculate Concepcion of Mary on December 8, the committee agreed to spearhead a beauty pageant dubbed as “MUTYA KANG KABUGANAAN 2022.” Furthermore, a non-stop disco will be followed to give highlight the night's event.
