Morning reminder that having stretch marks, scars, loose skin, and wider hips doesn’t make you any less beautiful 😌❤️

Ten years ago after my first pregnancy I would have NEVER shared something like this. I would put on cute clothes, angled myself just right, and hid my stretch marks. I felt like I needed to “bounce back” right away. I was squeezing into my pre pregnancy jeans to make myself feel better. I was an anxious mess, crying all the time- postpartum depression/ anxiety? Probably, but I would have never admitted that. All those sleepless nights caring for baby 24/7, I felt lost in myself.

Now onto my 2nd postpartum journey- this time I show up for myself because of SELF LOVE! I have no shame in my body. I am extremely thankful for the miracles it has grown. It has birthed two amazing kids.

My postpartum body is not for anyone to tell me I’m too fat or Ask me when I will “bounce back” to my pre-baby weight.

To all women, your body is a temple, it is beautiful and it is the giver of life.

So happy mombody Thursday to you all.
