Our Story
This page is a home to the BATANGAS PRESS CLUB, INC. BPC is the oldest and premier organization of journalists in the Province of Batangas. It was first organized on Dec. 14, 1958. But has not survived Martial Law until it was revived in 1996. It was finally incorporated on June 10, 2003 with the following founders/incorporators: Joenald Medina Rayos - President Norberto Gutierrez Maligaya - Vice President Agnes Ronnalisa A. Endaya - Secretary Maricia Villena Lualhati - Treasurer Lecitia Casiño Chua - Trustee Vicky Aclan-Florendo - Trustee Silvestre B. Mauhay - Trustee Veneranda Gutierrez Tiangco - Trustee Jose Rene Gonzales Ceniza - Trustee Petronila T. Tañas-Arguelles - Trustee, and Juan Clarete Manalo - Trustee. The Securities and Exchange Commission finally issued the Certificate of Incorporation - July 9, 2003.
