More so, LPU-Batangas will be closed from December 21, 2024 to January 5, 2025. All on-campus and online transactions will be unavailable during this period. Office transactions will resume on Monday, January 6, 2025.

The 2024 LPU-Batangas Alumni Homecoming and General Assembly was an incredible success, a heartwarming day filled with joy and reconnection. The Lyceum of the Philippines University-Batangas has been honored by the Sangguniang Panlalawigan ng Batangas for its exemplary achievement as the National Best PESO 2023 in the Job Placement Office (JPO) category facilitated by the Department of Labor and Employment last October 16, 2024, in Zamboanga City, Philippines.

The recognition ceremony took place on December 16, 2024, at the Regina R. Mandanas Memorial DREAM Zone, Capitol Compound, Batangas City, made possible through a resolution sponsored by Hon. Board Member Melvin V. Vidal. The award was presented by Governor Hon. Hermilando I. Mandanas and First Lady Atty. Angelica Chua, signifying the importance of the achievement and the university's significant contributions to job placement services.

On December 12th, a turnover ceremony was held for the "Restore the Shore: Mangrove Rehabilitation" Project at Barangay Malitam, Batangas City.

This event recognized the unwavering commitment and dedication of the Lyceum of the Philippines University-Batangas (LPU-B) to environmental preservation, which has positively impacted the lives of residents and the broader community.

Dr. Alex D. Ylagan, the Director of Community Extension of LPU-Batangas, and Hon. Mamerto D. Marasigan, the Barangay Captain of Malitam, Batangas City, graced the ceremony.
