Berry Watermelon Dragon Fruit Salad πππ
A refreshing and vibrant fruit salad that combines juicy watermelon, tangy berries, and exotic dragon fruit, all topped with a hint of mint and poppy seeds. Perfect for a quick, healthy snack or a colorful addition to any meal!
Ingredients:
3 cups watermelon, cut into 1-inch pieces or scooped with a melon baller π
2 cups strawberries, sliced π
2 cups blueberries π«
2 cups raspberries π
1 dragon fruit, halved and scooped with a melon baller π
2 cups cherries, pitted and halved π
3-4 fresh mint leaves, roughly chopped πΏ
1-2 teaspoons poppy seeds, as desired π±
Instructions:
Prepare the Fruit:
Cut the watermelon into 1-inch pieces or use a melon baller for fun, round shapes. π
Slice the strawberries, pit and halve the cherries, and scoop out the dragon fruit into balls or cubes. πππ
Combine the Fruit:
In a large mixing bowl, gently toss together the watermelon, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, dragon fruit, and cherries. ππ
Add Mint and Poppy Seeds:
Sprinkle the roughly chopped mint leaves and poppy seeds over the fruit. πΏπ±
