During those times, everyone in our neighborhood treated each other like family. We ate home cooked meals; ginisang tangkong, pako, kapayas , ginataang nangka, sinugbang isda, tinolang manok bisaya, linusak na saging. Kontento na mi sa home made ice candy unya ibaligya tag .50cents🤗Makadula lang kung mahuman tanang trabaho -sungka, tubig-tubig, dakop2x, ungoy ungoy sa baraha, bato lata, step in-step out, tumba lata, jackstones, takyan, patintero 🏃, luksong tinik, jolen, tansan, taguan, syatong, dampa, balay-balay🏠 , tsenilasay, Chinese garter, tigso, tirabol, tabanog, tuod2x sa paligid.

There was no such thing as a mobile phone or any other electronic devices 📵. We weren't AFRAID OF ANYTHING. If someone had a fight, that's what it was mag sumbagay ra...kids didn't have guns 🔫 or knives 🔪 nor we're we worried that someone would post something nasty about us for the whole world to see.
The sun was our curfew. If 6pm na ngitngit na we would run home as soon as we could kay ug magpagahi2 sa ulo, pabungol2 aw maapasan jud ug bakus or sanga sa bayabas😂 🏡. We watched our mouths around our elders 👴 👵 because we knew we would get reprimanded if we were disrespectful in any way. (hadluk mabunalan, makusian, madapi ang bah2 tagam!)
Kini ang mga butang/mga panghitabo na wala na karon.💯
Igo nalang nato mahinumduman sa mga throwback.⏪🔙.
