Suspension of Operations in Pagadian Airport
As of March 20, 2024; 5:00 PM

Following notification from the Civil Aviation Authority of Philippines (CAAP) of runway surface repairs at Pagadian Airport, Cebu Pacific (CEB) advises its passengers that it will suspend operations from April 15 to May 15, 2024. As safety is of paramount concern, operations will be suspended until the works have been completed and we have assessed and confirmed that the runway is safe for landing and take-off.

The following flights from April 15 – May 15, 2024 are cancelled:

DG 6639/6640: Cebu – Pagadian – Cebu
DG 6641/6642: Cebu – Pagadian – Cebu
5J 771/772: Manila – Pagadian – Manila
5J 773/774: Manila – Pagadian – Manila

CEB is mounting additional recovery flights to Ozamiz where they will automatically be reaccommodated:

DG 6795/6796: Cebu – Ozamiz – Cebu
5J 3191/3192: Manila – Ozamiz – Manila

If this option is not viable, affected passengers may also choose to rebook to the following flights to Dipolog and Ozamiz:

DG 6603/6604: Cebu – Dipolog – Cebu
DG 6605/6606: Cebu – Dipolog – Cebu
DG 6791/6792: Cebu – Ozamiz – Cebu
DG 6793/6794: Cebu – Ozamiz – Cebu
5J 703/704: Manila – Dipolog – Manila
5J 705/706: Manila – Dipolog – Manila
5J 781/782: Manila – Ozamiz – Manila
5J 783/784: Manila – Ozamiz – Manila

The following options have also been provided to affected passengers which can be availed through the Manage Booking portal on the Cebu Pacific website https://brnw.ch/21wI2vR up to two (2) hours before their scheduled time of departure:

1. Flight Rebooking / Rerouting

Rebook or reroute any flight bound for Pagadian. Should the travel period extend beyond thirty (30) days from the original flight date, a fare difference may be applied.

2. Travel Fund

Store the full amount in a virtual CEB wallet valid and use this to either book a new flight or pay for add-ons (example: baggage allowance, seat selection, etc.)

3. Refund

Full refund of your ticket.

CEB is working closely with CAAP regarding this matter. We thank our passengers for their patience and understanding.

Pagadian Airport Temporary Closure will start on April 15, 2024 upto May 15, 2024 to give way for the rehabilitation of the runway and other improvement in the airport.

All passengers flying To & From Pagadian Airport on the said period, you may contact Agent your airlines for a possible rerouting and/or rebooking of your iteneraries.

Please be guided accordingly.
