1. Watch the Columbia 100 movie block on Tap TV, Tap Edge, Tap Movies, Tap Action Flix every Sunday at 9pm (or on Tap Sports and Premier Sports 1 every Monday at 6PM).

2. Catch the title of the movie of the week and go to tapdmv.com/columbia100.

3. Complete the form with your full name, e-mail address, home address, birth date, mobile number, title of the movie, channel you watched it on, and your cable provider. Entries with incomplete forms will be invalidated.

4. One (1) winner per week will win the weekly prizes via a raffle draw.

5. All entries from November 3, 2024 until December 30, 2024 will get a chance to win the grand prize of a trip for four (4) to Columbia Pictures Aquaverse in Thailand via a raffle draw. The more entries per week, the more chances of winning!
