ROMANS 14:3

1 Dawata * ninyo ang huyang sa pagtuo sa walay pagpakiglalis kaniya.

2 May nagtuo nga mahimo nila pagkaon bisag unsa apan ang huyang sa pagtuo mokaon lamang ug utanon.

3 Ang mokaon bisag unsa dili angay maghukom sa tawo nga utanon ray kan-on; ug ang tawo usab nga utanon ray kan-on dili angay maghukom sa tawo nga mokaon bisag unsa kay gidawat na siya sa Dios.

4 Kinsa ka man nga makahukom sa sulugoon sa laing tawo? Ang iyang Agalon mao ray maghukom kon nakatuman ba siya sa iyang katungdanan o wala. Makatuman gayod siya kay motabang man ang Ginoo kaniya.

ROMANS 13:1-7

Tahora ang Namunoan

1 Kinahanglan * ang tanan magtahod sa mga anaa sa kagamhanan kay walay awtoridad nga dili tinugotan sa Dios ug ang mga kagamhanan karon gipahimutang sa Dios.

2 Busa ang mosupak sa kagamhanan nagsupak sa gitukod sa Dios ug ang magbuhat niini silotan gayod.

3 Kay ang mga punoan dili angayng kahadlokan niadtong nagbuhat sa maayo kondili sa nagbuhat sa daotan. Buhata ang maayo aron dili ka mahadlok sa kagamhanan ug daygon ka hinuon.

4 Kay ang namunoan mga sulugoon sa Dios ug nag-alagad alang sa inyong kaayohan. Apan kon magbuhat kamog daotan, angay kamong mahadlok kay silotan gayod kamo nila. Mga sulugoon sila sa Dios aron maoy magpahamtang sa kasuko sa Dios niadtong nagbuhat ug daotan.

5 Tungod niini tumana ninyo ang mga namunoan, dili lamang aron paglikay sa kasuko sa Dios kondili tungod usab sa konsensya.

6 Mao * kini ang hinungdan nga magbayad kamog mga buhis kay nag-alagad sa Dios ang mga punoan sa pagtuman nila sa ilang mga katungdanan.

7 Busa bayad kamo sa mga buhis nga gipangayo gikan kaninyo ug ipakita ang inyong pagtahod ug pagpasidungog kanilang tanan.

-He Justified you, which means that the moment you accepted Him as LORD and Saviour, you were declared not guilty of your past, present, and future sins. AMEN!

Psalms 103:22 Bless the LORD, all his works in all places of his dominion: bless the LORD, O my soul.

The psalmist was asking all the works of GOD to bless the LORD. Finally, he submitted to his command by asking his soul to also bless the LORD. He acknowledged that he was the handiwork of GOD . If the works of creation are blessing GOD, what are you as a child of GOD doing? You must cultivate a lifestyle of blessing the LORD in praise, worship, offerings, tithes, and thanksgiving. This is not the time to wait for GOD to do something for you before you thank and praise Him. As long as you have breath, you have every reason to thank, praise, and worship Him. Don't make excuses for going to church; it is a place for corporate worship. Therefore, don't miss out on the corporate blessings for where two or three are gathered in His name, He is right there to bless them, "Matthew 18:20". Hallelujah!

James 4:7 Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.

If you have problem with submission as child of GOD, it is time to say to yourself, "I AM SUBMITTED TO GOD". The more you say it to yourself, the Holy Spirit will empower you to submit to Him and hence to those in authority. A child of God should freely submit to GOD so that it will be easy for him to resist the devil and all manner of evil. Praise the Lord! If you do not submit to GOD, you cannot resist the devil and evil. Hence, you will become proud like the enemy and become his footstool, being controlled by him. That is the more reason that some Christians cannot make much progress with the gospel. Be an exception and submit to GOD and the authority in your church and your state. God will richly bless you.

"There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it." 1 Corinthians 10:13

As a child of God, complaining over any given issue/challenges does not solve it but rather makes it worse. The opening scripture is vivid to the fact that every child of God is prone to temptation. If Jesus Christ went through it, we will also go through it. Hallelujah! Instead of complaining and feeling affrighted, look for the way of escape which God has provided in the midst of the temptation so that you will be able to overcome it as Jesus did, Matthew 4:1-11. We have been given assurance that the temptation is within our scope of abilities to overcome; therefore, if you fall as a Christian in the midst of temptation, quickly get up and look for the way of escape in the Holy scriptures and overcome the temptation. This is a second chance for you to rewrite your failure to success. Praise the Lord!
