This annual task reflection aimed to evaluate actual performance against expected outcomes, recognize areas for improvement, and develop appropriate strategies. It also served as an opportunity to reflect on how the institution’s core values—Prayer, Compassion, and Prophetic Action—have been embodied, while fostering a deeper personal and professional commitment to continuous growth and excellence.
