POLICE ARRESTED THREE SUSPECTED DRUG PEDDLERS, NEARLY PHP 8K WORTH OF ILLEGAL DRUGS SEIZED

Baler Police Station, Brgy. Suklayin, Baler, Aurora-- A total of Php 8,160 worth of illegal drugs were seized and three (3) suspected drug peddlers were arrested by authorities during Anti-Illegal Drug bust operations in Brgy. 01, Friday, February 16.

Team of Baler MPS led by PCPT RYAN S MERCADO, Deputy Chief of Police for Operation (lead unit), Provincial Intelligence Unit (PIU) and Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit, Aurora PPO led by led by PCPT RENEMAR T MONTES conducted joint drug buy-bust operation in Brgy. 1 of this town that resulted in the arret of alias 'Bumbay', 46 years old, Government Employee at Provincial Capitol Engineering Office and a resident of Brgy. Sabang, alias 'Mike', 45 years old, jobless and a resident of Brgy Pingit, alias 'Paul', 32 years old, Tricycle Driver and resident of Dela Torre Ext., Brgy. 5. (listed as Street Level Individuals).

Recovered evidence from the trio were four (4) heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance suspected to be shabu with an estimated weight of more or less 1.2 grams with estimated PNP-PDEA drug price of eight thousand one hundred sixty (Php8,160.00) pesos. One (1) piece of Five Hundred Peso Bill (marked money) and drug paraphernalia.

Baler Police Station, Brgy. Suklayin, Baler, Aurora- After hiding for almost 9 years, a man wanted for Estafa was arrested by authorities, wednesday, February 16.

Joint Operatives of Baler Police Station led by PCMS Bernie I Dela Rosa, Warrant PNCO, Provincial Intelligence Unit (PIU) Aurora PPO, 1st Provincial Mobile Force Company (PMFC) conducted Manhunt Operation at Brgy. Suklayin of this town that resulted in the arrest of Alias 'Resty', 42 years old and resident of Brgy. Bayanihan, Maria Aurora, Aurora.

Resty has standing warrant of arrest for Estafa issued by HON. MAXIMO B. ANCHETA, Presiding Judge RTC, Third Judicial Region Branch 90, Baler, Aurora dated August 26, 2014 with twenty thousand pesos (P20,000.00) bail recommended.

MAN WANTED FOR ROBBERY CAUGHT AFTER MORE THAN 6 YEARS IN HIDING

Baler Police Station, Brgy. Suklayin, Baler, Aurora-- A 28-years old man wanted for more than six (6) years was arrested by authorities in Taguig City, Monday, February 13.

PMAJ EDUARDO S MENDOZA JR, COP, Baler Police Station said that operatives of Baler MPS led by PCMS Bernie I Dela Rosa, Chief Warrant conducted Manhunt Operation at C5, Taguig City that resulted in the arrest of Alias 'Aries' 28 year old and presently residing at Dasmariñas City, Cavite.

The suspect was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by HON. MAXIMO B ANCHETA JR, Presiding Judge, RTC Branch 90 Baler, Aurora dated September 18, 2017 for Robbery with Php 100,000 bail recommended.

TOP 1 MOST WANTED PERSON OF BALER ARRESTED IN TABACO CITY, ALBAY

Baler Police Station, Brgy. Suklayin, Baler, Aurora- A-55 year old man listed as Municipal Top 1 Most Wanted Person of Baler was arrested by police during munhunt operation in Tabaco City, Albay on Saturday evening, February 11.

PMAJ EDUARDO S MENDOZA JR, COP, Baler Police Station said that operatives of Baler MPS led by PCMS Bernie I Dela Rosa conducted Manhunt Operation at Brgy. San Carlos, Tabaco City, Albay that resulted in the arrest of Joseph Cuerdo y Cular presently residing at the same address.

Cular has a standing alias warrant of arrest for a crime of four (4) counts of R**e (RPC Art 266-A) Incestuous R**e in Relation to RA 7610 issued by HON. ALEJANDRIA B. JAVIER GENOTA, Presiding Judge, Family Court, Branch 1, 3rd Judicial Region, Baler, Aurora dated January 25, 2023 with no bail recommended.

"Baler Police Station will continue to step up our efforts in accounting all wanted persons, to bring them behind bars and held them liable for the crimes they committed" PMaj Mendoza Jr said.

The suspect was apprised of his constitutional rights under Miranda Doctrine then transported to Baler Police Station for proper dispostion and documentation.

BALER COPS SEIZE 30K WORTH OF SHABU AND ARREST 2 MALE DRUG PERSONALITIES

The anti-illegal drug buy bust operation conducted by personnel of Baler Municipal Police Station resulted in the arrest of 2 malefactors at Brgy. Buhangin, Baler, Aurora on January 26, 2023.
Based on the report of PMAJ EDUARDO S MENDOZA JR, Chief of Police of the said station, one of his men acted as poseur buyer who bought 11 heat sealed transparent plastic sachet suspected to be shabu from one of the suspects. During body search, they recovered from the possession and control of a 49 year old tricycle driver residing at Brgy. Suclayin, Baler, Aurora a 1 piece of five hundred peso bill marked money and another ten heat sealed transparent plastic sachet suspected to be shabu.

Also, they recovered from the possession of a 32 year old tricycle driver residing at Brgy. 5, Baler, Aurora a piece of heat sealed transparent plastic sachet contains suspected to be shabu and a VIVO android cellphone. The inventory of the seized items was made in the presence of suspects, witness from NPS, representative from media and an elected barangay official. The confiscated pieces of evidence with estimated weigh of more or less than 5.2 grams have an estimated price amounting more or less than Php 30,000.00. The 2 subject persons were appraised with their constitutional rights then brought to Aurora Memorial Hospital for medical examination and now under the custody of Baler MPS for documentation and proper disposition.

1 DEAD IN BALER STABBING INCIDENT, SUSPECT NABBED

Baler Police Station, Brgy. Suklayin, Baler, Aurora-- A 59 years old man was arrested by the police after he stabbed a man to death in Brgy. Suklayin, Sunday, January 29.

PMAJ EDUARDO S MENDOZA, Baler Chief of Police said that, the victim together with his co-workers had drinking spree when a heated argument between the two ensued.
Thereafter, victim went to their barracks inside the under construction building of the said place unknowingly followed by the suspect then stabs the victim 36 times on their body causing to his instantaneous death. The Victim identified as Hedi Yu Ang, Welder and a resident of Maria Aurora, Aurora.

The suspect immediately fled to the area running towards an unknown direction. A Hot pursuit operation was conducted by Baler Municipal Police Station together with the witness identified as Jayson Yllanes y Mrielos when saw the suspect at Baler Central Terminal wearing yellow green suit shirt and positively identified by the witness causing to his arrest by the responding team.

The arrested suspect was identified as Romeo Reyes, painter, stay-in worker and a resident of Brgy. Cutud, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.

"I would like to commend the men and women of Baler Police Station for their quick response to the case which resulted to the arrest of the suspect. As what we have promised to the families of the victim we will give justice to them" PMaj. Eduardo S Mendoza Jr said.

BALER COPS NABBED 8 WANTED PERSONS IN SACLEO

Baler Police Station, Brgy. Suklayin, Baler, Aurora -- Baler Police conducted a weeklong Simultaneous Anti-Criminality and Law Enforcement Operations (SACLEO) which resulted in a numerous accomplishment from January 23-29, 2023.

Eight (8) wanted persons with standing warrant of arrest including Most Wanted Person were arrested during a weeklong Munhunt operations.

Meanwhile, Two (2) drug peddlers were also arrested in Anti-Illegal Drugs Operation, one (1) arrested in hot pursuit operation for violation of RA 7610 and one (1) loose fi****ms surrendered.

Baler Chief of Police, PMAJ EDUARDO S MENDOZA JR, congratulated all PNP personnel for a job well done. He said that their dedication paved the way for the successful operations that their unit was able to accomplish. He also thanked the contribution of their stakeholders and concerned citizens who provided necessary information that led to the arrest of criminals in Baler.

SUSPECT IN STABBING INCIDENT, ARRESTED IN HOT PURSUIT OPERATION

Baler Police Station, Baler, Aurora- Suspect in Stabbing Incident Arrested in Hot Pursuit Operation in Brgy. Calabuanan, Wednesday night, January 18.

PMAJ EDUARDO S MENDOZA JR, Chief of Police said that a 50-year old construction worker and resident of Purok 7, Barangay Suklayin was arrested for stabbing Mr. Maynard Exclamado Gonzales, 39 years old and resident of Purok 5 of said barangay.

The incident happened 3 hours prior to the arrest of the suspect when the victim went to the latter's house to get spare parts for his motorcycle. The suspect initially tried to hit the victim's head with a piece of wood but failed to do so because the victim was able to block it. Subsequently, the suspect stabbed the victim at the neck and body using a piece of the wood that had been broken due to the impact of the previous blow. The suspect immediately fled to an unknown direction while the victim was rushed to Aurora Premier General Hospital for medical treatment.

Meanwhile, personnel of Baler MPS immediately responded and conducted a hot pursuit operation which led to the immediate arrest of the suspect at So. Setan, Brgy Calabuanan, Baler, Aurora.

"The quick response of the police was made possible by the immediate report that we receive. Hence, I enjoin the police and residents of Baler to collaborate in order to maintain peace and security in our community." PMaj Eduardo S Mendoza said.

A case of Frustrated Homecide was filed before the Office of the Provincial Prosecutor against the suspect.
