*mini buko pie*
Mga sangkap:
2-1/2 cup all purpose flour
50 grams softened butter
3 tbsp white sugar
100 ml cold water
Paghaluhaluin ang sangkap masahin
Balutin at chill ang dough s loob ng 30 min

Filling=
Buko
1 can condensed
1 can evap
1/4 cornstarch
1/2 tbsp vanilla
2 tbsp sugar
3 eggyolks

Pour into a pan in a medium heat
Add buko.

Mga sangkap
2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup softened butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup grated cheese
2 eggs
2 tbsp baking powder
1-1/2 tbsp vanilla
Pinch of salt
1 can condensed

1.salain ang harina,at pghaluhaluin ang sangkap sa isang bowl
2.Bake 180 for 20-25 min

3 cup apf
3/4 cup powder milk
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbp yeast powder
1 -1/2 water
2 eggs

1.pagsamasamahin ang basang sangkap
At salain ang apf,isunod n ang mga sumusunod n sangkap
Masahin.at kapag mkinis n .
Takipan ng cling wrap o plastic.ipahinga ng 1/2 oras.
Makalipas kalahating oras
Palabasin ang hangin,gayatin lagyan ng shape.

3 cups ng glutinous rice flour
1/2 cup ng rice flour
3/4 cup ng mashed sweet potato
1 cup ng sugar
1 cup ng maligamgam n tubig

1.paghaluhaluin ng lahat ng sangkap
At irest ng 10 min.
Kpg nabilog n.pwedeng lagyan ng palaman.
Then after ,brush w/the water bago i coat ng sesami.

1 tasa ng asukal
1 kutsara ng baking powder
1 kutsarita ng vanilla

Maja blanca ingredients:
2 cups cornstarch
1 liter coconutmilk
1 can evap any brand
1 can cream of corn
1 can condensed milk
1 -1/2 cup sugar
Cheese
Procedure:mix wet ingedients in a one cooking pot and let it boil,follow the cornstarch.
Stir in 3 to 5 min.

2 cups of water
1 cup milk (evap)
Cheese
Mix all the engredients in a bowl
And steam around 8 min.
