Pag naging mother ka na , ang dami talagang sacrifices. Lalo pag new mom ka, nakakaoverwhelm.

- Andun yung stress seeing how your physical appearance changes…
- Yung sunud-sunod na puyat- literal na cravings ka talaga sa tulog.
- Anxiety kasi every now and then kakabahan ka.
“humihinga ba si baby?” , “nilalagnat ba?”, “baka my lamok!” …
- Tadtad yung schedules mo for Pedia visits, paaraw kay baby, padede…

Ah basta! madaming- madami pa!

Nasan yung para sa sarili?
Halos wala talaga sa schedule…
Kasi lahat - para sa anak muna…

Pero, relax lang 🙂
