The Sangguniang Kabataan of Brgy. Taloc proudly presents the Inter-Barkada Basketball League 2024!

This is your chance to show off your skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship! Gather your friends, form your teams, and be part of the most exciting basketball event of the year. Who will take home the championship? It could be YOUR team!

Get ready for thrilling games, camaraderie, and unforgettable moments on the court!

GUIDELINES :

1. TEAM PARTICIPATION:

* EACH PLAYER IS ALLOWED TO PLAY FOR ONLY ONE TEAM.
* PLAYERS MUST BE RESIDENTS OF BARANGAY TALOC TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR PARTICIPATION.
* SINCE THIS IS A BARKADA LEAGUE, MERGING OF PUROKS IS ALLOWED FOR TEAM FORMATION.

2. CATEGORIES:

* THE LEAGUE WILL HAVE TWO CATEGORIES:
* 24-30 YEARS OLD BASKETBALL CATEGORY
* 15-23 YEARS OLD BASKETBALL CATEGORY

3. PLAYER ELIGIBILITY:

MAXIMUM AGE FOR CATEGORY 24-30:
• PLAYERS WHO WILL TURN 31 DURING THE MONTH OF DECEMBER ARE ELIGIBLE TO PLAY IN THIS CATEGORY.
MAXIMUM AGE FOR CATEGORY 15-23:
• PLAYERS WHO WILL TURN 24 DURING THE MONTH OF DECEMBER ARE ELIGIBLE TO PLAY IN THIS CATEGORY
RESIDENCY REQUIREMENT:
* PLAYERS MUST HAVE BEEN RESIDENTS OF BARANGAY TALOC FOR AT LEAST 3 MONTHS TO QUALIFY.
* IN CASE OF A PROTEST, A BARANGAY OR PUROK PRESIDENT'S CERTIFICATION WILL BE CONSIDERED VALID PROOF OF RESIDENGY.

4. PLAYER DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENTS:
* ALL TEAM PLAYERS MUST SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS FOR QUALIFICATION :

* A BIRTH CERTIFICATE OR VALID I.D. THAT CLEARLY INDICATES THE PLAYER'S DATE OF BIRTH AND RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS.

5. MINOR PLAYERS (17 AND UNDER):

• PLAYERS WHO ARE 17 YEARS OLD OR YOUNGER MUST SUBMIT A WAIVER SIGNED BY THEIR PARENT OR GUARDIAN TO PARTICIPATE.

6. PLAYER ROSTER AND GAME PARTICIPATION:

* EACH TEAM IS PERMITTED A MAXIMUM OF 15 PLAYERS, WITH THE FINAL SELECTION MADE AT THE COACH'S DISCRETION.
* BENCHING OF PLAYERS DURING GAMES IS ALLOWED TO ENSURE EQUAL PARTICIPATION AND REST.

7. RESTRICTIONS:

• PLAYERS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO PLAY FOR MULTIPLE TEAMS OR PARTICIPATE IN BOTH CATEGORIES (15-23 AND 24-30) IN THE SAME SEASON.

NOT PASSABLE. Here are the bridges and roads in Bago City not passable as of this morning, September 14, due to flooding brought about by heavy rains:

1. Sibod Bridge at Barangay Sampinit - not passable for vehicles (except for tricycle and motorcycle)

2. Barangay Ilijan Bridge - not passable for all vehicles

3. Portion of roads at Barangays Tabunan and Sampinit - not passable for motorcycle and tricycle

4. Barangay Ma-ao Riverside Bridge - not passable for all vehicles
