Warning post: it’s okay to feel tired, it’s okay to rest. Exhaustion, emotional stress, overthinking ayan nangyari. Never in my life I’ve suffered something like this to the point na nanigas katawan ko and talagang hindi makahinga, manhid buong katawan kinulang ng oxygen dahil saan? Sa stress daw.

Hindi ko alam na pwede palang mangyari to, dahil sa emotional stress or depression. Ang unang tanong ng doctor pagkapasok sa er “May kaaway po ba siya?” Nakakaloka diba, marami nagsasabi sa mga post na ganito na “baka arte lang yan” at noon isa ko sa nagsabi pero u never know until it happens talaga, ang huling ginawa ko eh natulog. Nagising ako ng naghahabol ng hininga imagine, ang dami pwedeng dahilan ng paggising bakit eto pa.

This post is a reminder that it is okay to rest, kahit pakiramdam mo eh wala kang ginagawa, stop pressuring yourself darating ka dun, wag na mag overthink lahat yan masosolusyunan. Problems yan di nawawala laging dumadating pero tuloy lang, love, accept and heal yourself first at all times. If maybe this happened years ago I won’t give a damn. Pero ngayon nandito na si clio. May dahilan para lumaban, para bumangon sa araw araw, kaya hindi pwedeng sumuko.

Yakap, ✨stress is not okay, stress ay hindi ‘stress lang yan’✨ your pain is valid, your emotions are just important as everyone’s.
