Property Manager/Maintenance Coordinator

Full-time: 8am-5pm PST
Pay: $6.00 per hour
✅MUST write, speak and communicate excellent in English
✅MUST have property management experience
✅MUST have administrative experience
✅MUST have customer service skills
✅MUST have Zendesk experience.
PREFERABLY Monday.com and Yardi experience as well
Administrator attitude: someone who can deal well under pressure, a critical thinker, pays attention to detail, is organized, understands the urgency of issues, follows direction.
List of tasks that will be involved are:
-Best vendor assessment work (administrators will be trained) to get to know the preferred vendor list.
-Customer service email delegation with resident managers, team members, supervisors
-Request for BIDs on different projects
Coordination for all building on the queue (normally 38 buildings to oversee) work orders.
-Building updates with Certification coordinator about details and compliance in the buildings
-Update status and closing work orders as needed and timely manner.
-Daily communication with the Senior Maintenance administrator about all type of issues and guidance.
-Work order creations in YARDI (training will follow)
ZENDESK ticket merging, side convos, side conversations
