BEEF PARES RECIPE❤️

Ingredients:
750 g beef brisket (cut into chunks)
250 g beef tendons (cut into chunks)
2 pc onion (medium, chopped)
8 cloves garlic (crushed)
2 thumbs ginger (julienne cut)
2 pcs star anise
1 tbsp oyster sauce
3 tbsp brown sugar
5 tbsp soy sauce
10 cups water
1/4 cup cornstarch (slurry)
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 cup spring onion (chopped)
fish sauce
ground black pepper

1. In a cooking pot, put the beef brisket and beef tendons, ginger, half of chopped oinions, half of chopped garlic and add water. Bring to a boil and remove the scum. Cook it over low heat until the beef brisket is tender. Transfer the cooked beef brisket to a bowl and set it aside. Continue cooking the beef tendons until they become tender as well.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a separate cooking pot, then sauté the onions, garlic and star anise. Add the beef, oyster sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar and pour half of the beef broth.
3. Prepare a slurry by dissolving cornstarch with water and mix thoroughly.
4. Pour the slurry in a pot and stir well until the broth slightly thickens. Add ground black pepper and fish sauce to taste.
5. Transfer it to a serving bowl and garnish it with toasted garlic and chopped spring onion. Serve it hot with adobo rice or plain rice.

Crispy Chicken with Creamy Pasta!!!

Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup creamy pasta sauce (see below)
- 8 oz pasta of your choice (e.g., penne, fusilli, or farfalle)
- Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving
Creamy Pasta Sauce:
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:
1. Prepare the creamy pasta sauce: In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to low and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
2. Prepare the crispy chicken: In a shallow dish, mix together flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. In another dish, beat eggs. In a third dish, place panko breadcrumbs.
3. Dredge chicken breasts in flour mixture, then dip in eggs, and finally coat in panko breadcrumbs.
4. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add coated chicken breasts and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until crispy and cooked through.
5. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

2packs glutinous rice flour (500grams. Each)
1/2 kilo washed sugar (light brown)
Pinch of Salt
1pack Happy Peanuts Blue
1tsp.Vanilla (optional)
Peanut Butter or yema spread

PROCEDURE:
1.Sa isang bowl ilagay ang glutinous rice flour,ilagay ang asukal,pinch ng asin.
2.Haluin mabuti,idagdag ang tubig 8cups,pwede iadjust my glutinous na matakaw sa tubig,make sure na hindi runny ang mixture,lagyan ng vanilla.
3.Salain ang mixture Ng 2x.
4.Ihanda ng molder,igrease ito ng mabuti para hindi dumikit ang mixture once na maahon na.
5.magpkulo ng tubig Pag kulo isalang na ang mixture wag ilahat depende sa molder

Best Homemade Salsa Ever

Ingredients:
- 1 can (28 oz) whole tomatoes with juice
- 2 cans (10 oz each) Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 whole jalapeño, quartered and sliced thin
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro (more to taste!)
- Juice of 1/2 lime

Directions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the whole tomatoes with their juice and the Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies.
2. Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and sliced jalapeño to the bowl.
3. Sprinkle in the sugar, salt, and ground cumin. Stir everything together until well mixed.
4. Gently fold in the chopped cilantro, adjusting the amount to your taste.
5. Squeeze in the juice of half a lime and mix again.
6. Taste your salsa and adjust seasoning if needed; you can add more lime juice, salt, or cilantro if you like.

Stir Fry Chicken Gizard!
Adobong Balunbalun ng Manok!

Ingredients:
2 thumb-sized ginger, chopped
1 medium-sized onions, chopped
3 pcs dry bay leaves
4 cloves of garlic, minced
1 kilo chicken liver and gizard, washed and strained
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
¼ cup soy sauce
1/3 cup vinegar
3 red chilli chopped
1 long green chili chopped
1 teaspoon sugar (optional)
3 tbsp cooking oil

📌Procedure:

in a pan heat oil and fry liver then set aside at the same pan saute onion,garlic and ginger put gizzard saute until golden brown add soysauce ground pepper,sugar and bay leaves simmer for 5mins add red chili and vinegar (do not stir) let sauce reduce(2-3mins) add the fried liver and stir well add long green chili for toppings

Bang Bang Chicken Skewers 🍢🔥
Ingredients:
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 ¼ cups (290 g) mayonnaise
- ⅔ cup Thai sweet chili sauce
- 2 teaspoons Sriracha, or more to taste
- 2 tablespoons honey
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine chicken cubes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
2. Thread 4-5 chicken cubes onto each skewer.
3. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey to make the bang bang sauce.
4. Brush half of the sauce over the chicken skewers.
5. Air fry at 400°F for 11-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F.
6. Serve the skewers with the reserved bang bang sauce for dipping.

Melt in your mouth chicken

Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 Cup mayonnaise
1/2 Cup Shredded Parmesan cheese
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp garlic powder
How To Make Melt in your mouth Chicken:
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
In a small bowl, add the mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, and seasonings.
Mix to combine.
Place the chicken in a baking dish, sprayed with a non-sticking baking spray.
Spread the mixture on top of the chicken breasts.
Bake the chicken for 45 minutes, or until cooked through.

Delicious Doughnut recipe

INGREDIENTS
Flour 500g
Sugar 120g
Butter 50g
Eggs 1( big )
Yeast 1tbsp
Water 1cup(room temperature or warm water)
Salt 1tsp
Groundnut oil for frying

METHOD
1. In your mixing bowl add your flour,yeast,sugar,eggs,water,salt and lastly your butter
2. Mix together until you get a stretchy dough for like 10-15mins
3. Place on your working surface and knead for extra 5mins
4. Leave the dough to rest for about 5mins
5. Then measure out 65g of your dough using your measuring scale
6. Tock in the sides of the dough and roll to get a sphere shape
7. Place on a parchment paper coated with flour and leave to rise for about 1 hour before frying
8. Fry in a low/medium heat
9.You can use icing sugar to rob it

Honey Lemon Pepper Wings

Ingredients:

- 2 pounds of chicken wings
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a medium bowl, mix together honey, lemon juice, olive oil, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and lemon zest.

Maghimo ta Ani ugma
INGREDIENTS:

2 cups all-purpose flour
4 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 medium eggs
2 tablespoon oil or butter
2 cups water
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup powdered milk
1/2 teaspoon food color (egg yellow)

Directions:

For the wet mixture, crack the eggs on a bowl. Whisk until well beaten. Add the salt, oil (or melted butter), water and vanilla extract. Whisk until well combined. Set aside.
For the dry mixture, combine the all purpose flour, baking powder, sugar and powdered milk. Stir to mix well. Then, add the wet mixture to the dry mixture. Whisk gently until well combined. Do not overmix.
Add a few drops of yellow food coloring. Mix until well incorporated. Let this sit for 30 minutes.
Grease a pan with some oil and heat it using medium heat setting. Add a large scoop of the hotcake mixture and let it cook. Once the hotcake looks dry and bubbling, flip it to cook the other side. After a few seconds, transfer the hotcake to a serving plate. Do the same steps with the rest of the hotcake mixture.
Serve the hotcake in a stack. Brush some margarine and sprinkle some sugar to enjoy each hotcake. Optionally, you can pour syrup or chocolate. Yum!

Ingredients

For the Dough:

3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

1/4 cup sugar

1/2 tsp salt

2 1/4 tsp instant yeast (1 packet)

1/2 cup warm milk

1/4 cup water

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

3 large egg yolks

For the Cream Cheese Filling:

8 oz (1 package) cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup powdered sugar

For the Topping:

1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened

1/4 cup sugar (for sprinkling)

1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese

Instructions

1. Make the Dough:

1. In a small bowl, combine warm milk, water, and sugar. Sprinkle the yeast over the mixture and let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.

2. In a large bowl, mix flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture, egg yolks, and melted butter. Mix until a sticky dough forms.

3. Knead the dough for 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for 1–2 hours, or until doubled in size.

3. Roll each piece into a ball and place it in a greased ensaymada mold or muffin tin.

4. Let the dough rise again for 30–45 minutes, or until puffy.

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Bake the ensaymada for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown. Let them cool slightly.

5. Add the Topping:

1. Brush the top of each warm ensaymada with softened butter.
