𝑻𝑯𝑬 𝑹𝑬𝑰𝑮𝑵𝑰𝑵𝑮 𝑪𝑯𝑨𝑴𝑷𝑺!🏆

With unwavering grit and confidence, the CAdT-1 Unit of Zamora Memorial College clinched the title as back-to-back champions for the snappiest platoon. They displayed their top form and skill during the Civic Military Parade 2024, held in celebration of the Karagumoy Festival on August 29, 2024.

The massive crowd and numerous participants did not faze our contingent. They delivered a flawless performance with sheer determination and a steely resolve. Despite limited training time and preparation, the CadT-1 Unit exhibited their extensive knowledge and skills. A special acknowledgment goes to our dedicated training staff, led by our Commandant, Ms. Norma Cardiño. Once again, they have shown their dedication, reminding everyone of our mark, TatakZamorian!!!

Within the final destination of the most anticipated journey of our pursuing leaders, they gathered to celebrate the conclusion of the Cadet Officer Leadership Training journey. It was a day filled with pride, accomplishment, and cherishable memories. Throughout their journey, the cadets and cadettes reflected on what they had overcome and the bonds they had formed. This experience had shaped our inspiring individuals into a united and unstoppable force, ready to tackle any obstacle that comes their way.

Together they conquered every challenge, created bonds, and emerged as a force that is unstoppable when done as a whole. The last day represented the beginning of a new chapter where our new motivating leaders carry the lesson they learned and memories cherished forever within themselves.

As we stand on the ground of graduation from the Citizenship Advancement Training (CAT) program, this May 24 2024, it is with a profound sense of reflection and gratitude that we acknowledge the transformative impact this journey has had on our lives. CAT has been more than just a training program; it has been a part of our character development, residing in us the values of leadership, integrity, and service that will guide us in all our future adventures

The CAT experience lies the cultivation of leadership. Through various activities, exercises, and challenges, we have been pushed beyond our comfort zones, encouraged to take initiative, and empowered to lead with confidence. Whether it was leading a team through problem-solving exercise or organizing community service projects, CAT has equipped us with the skills and mindset necessary to inspire and motivate others towards common goals.

As we graduate from the CAT program, we carry with us not just a certificate of completion, but a profound understanding of what it means to be responsible citizens and leaders. The lessons learned, the friendships forged, and the experiences shared during our time in CAT will continue to inspire and guide us in all our future ventures.
