Honey Garlic Ribs 😋😋
Ingredients
4 pounds pork spareribs
½ cup honey
¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup distilled white vinegar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon garlic salt
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Slice ribs into individual pieces. Combine honey, soy sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, and garlic in a large bowl; stir until honey and sugar are completely dissolved, then stir in baking soda. The mixture will begin to foam. Transfer ribs to the bowl and turn to coat.
Cover a cookie sheet with foil; arrange ribs meat-side up on the prepared sheet. Pour excess sauce over ribs and sprinkle with garlic salt.
Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, turning every 20 minutes.

Irresistible Strawberry Crunch Cheesecake 🍓🍰

🔴Ingredients:🔴
For the crust:
1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
1/3 cup white sugar
6 tablespoons melted butter
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
For the strawberry mousse:
1 cup fresh strawberries, pureed
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons gelatin powder
2 tablespoons cold water
For the cream cheese layer:

16 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup heavy cream, whipped
For the garnish:

1/2 cup strawberry crunch topping
Fresh strawberries
Whipped cream
🔴Directions:🔴

Combine crushed graham crackers, sugar, melted butter, and cinnamon. Press into the bottom of a springform pan and chill.
For the mousse, sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let stand. Combine strawberry puree, sugar, and lemon juice in a saucepan; heat until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat, add gelatin, and mix until smooth. Chill until slightly thickened, then fold into whipped cream. Spread over crust and refrigerate.
Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped cream. Spread over strawberry mousse layer. Chill for 4 hours.
Just before serving, garnish with whipped cream, strawberry crunch topping, and fresh strawberries.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, flour, and brown sugar.
Pour in the melted butter and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
Allow to cool before using as a topping on your cheesecake.
Sprinkle this crunchy topping on your strawberry cheesecake for added texture and flavor!
