3. once they start to produce fruits and/or flowers you can sell or consume the produce but PLEASE COLLECT COLLECT and COLLECT the SEEDS when you can.

Recipients may propagate the seeds themselves (for SALE,, BARTER, GIVEAWAY or for planting) as long as you COMMIT to distribute as much as you can.

OR return the seeds to the nearest nursery for propagation so other interested groups and individuals could take advantage of the FREE distribution of available planting materials for their own projects and programs.
