How to rediscover oneself?

1. Try to re-evaluate your values. Ano bang mga bagay ang mahalaga sa'yo? Ano ang bagay na mas nakakapagpagaan ng nararamdaman mo? Ano bang ibig sabihin ng "success" sa'yo?

2. Reflect on your current self. Anong mayroon ngayon sa'yo? Anong nagwork at hindi nagwork nitong 2024?

3. Approach this year with curiousity. Ano kayang gusto mong maramdaman at makita sa sarili this 2025?

4. Be gentle with yourself. Hindi lahat ng gusto natin, makukuha natin sa isang iglap. Always speak to yourself with kindness, as you would always do to someone you love.

5. Stay open! Part of rediscovering yourself is seeing things that you didn't like about yourself. Huwag mong iwasan, alamin mo. Mas kilalanin at tingnan kung paano mo ito unti-unting babaguhin.

Magkakaroon ka lang ng clarity kapag mas lumalalim ang pagkilala sa sarili. Kaya stay curious this 2025! Enjoy the process of your becoming!
