Remember that one client I talked about the other day ?

Ito yung response niya when I told them about the discrepancies dun sa system na ginagamit nila.

Alam niyo ba nung una medjo tagilid to kase masungit. Pero di talaga ako nagpatalo, I mean sanay na sanay na ko sa mga terror na client, FYI.

Kaya gets ko kayo pag nakikita ko yung mga post sa fb groups na ayaw na nila sa client nila kesho micromanaging, toxic, terror, racist or ano pa. Gets ko yan mga mi.

What I am trying to say is, sometimes you need to be in control. Show them what you can do. Maging proactive ka, do research and upskill. Then if hindi talaga nag wowork unahan mo na. Charot!

Alam mo naman sa sarili mo kung ano kaya mong gawin. We are freelancers, our knowledge and skills is our puhunan. Wala tayong support unlike BPO's or corporate.

I'm not gonna say "Kaya ko nga e, kaya mo din." But I will say, "Do your MEGABEST." and also,

But kidding aside, it’s really good to invest to your skills. Learning is a never ending process. If you don’t know something, that is completely okay, as long as you are willing to learn. Even experts started from 0. There’s no perfect time to start to be honest, just start and show up.
