She who lives naively trusting, dies abused, misused and betrayed.
Life demands a balance between trust and awareness. Blindly trusting without listening to the whispers of your instincts leaves you vulnerable to those who may exploit your kindness or take advantage of your open heart. Trust is beautiful, but trust without discernment is dangerous.

Your instincts are there for a reason—they are the quiet protectors of your soul, the voice inside that senses what words cannot reveal. Ignoring them is like walking through a storm with no shelter, hoping the rain won’t touch you. But life doesn’t work that way. People, situations, and intentions can sometimes hide behind masks, and your intuition is your guide through the maze of it all.

To live wisely is not to stop trusting but to trust with open eyes and a steady heart. It’s understanding that while there is goodness in the world, there are also lessons to be learned, and not every hand extended to you is offering help. By honoring your instincts, you protect your boundaries, your energy, and your peace.

When you blindly ignore the warnings within, you invite pain that could have been avoided. Abuse, betrayal, and misuse thrive in spaces where self-awareness is absent. But when you learn to trust yourself—when you sharpen your instincts and allow them to lead—you live with strength, resilience, and clarity.

Trust, but trust wisely. Believe, but never at the expense of your inner voice. The strongest person is not the one who trusts blindly but the one who trusts with understanding, with boundaries, and with a deep connection to their own intuition.

𝐓𝐢𝐩𝐬 𝐓𝐨 𝐋𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐀 𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐝 𝐋𝐢𝐟𝐞 𝐈𝐧 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓

𝟏. 𝐆𝐨 𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐈𝐭’𝐬 𝐐𝐮𝐢𝐞𝐭 (𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐈𝐬 𝐍𝐨𝐧-𝐍𝐞𝐠𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞)
Get outside. Often. Leave the screens behind and hike through the woods, camp by the sea, or just sit under a tree with a book. Nature doesn’t care about your LinkedIn achievements or Instagram followers. It humbles you. It’s honest, and when you’re surrounded by it, you remember how small — and alive — you are.

Go watch the sun rise. Listen to the wind. Hell, touch the dirt. Life feels a lot less chaotic when you’ve got the whole sky to yourself.

𝟐. 𝐊𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐄𝐧𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡
Ambition is beautiful until it eats you alive. The next raise, the next big gig, the next “thing” won’t always bring you peace. So, take a moment. Ask yourself, What does “enough” look like for me? When you answer that, you’ll stop running a race you don’t even want to win.

More isn’t always better. Sometimes, “just enough” is perfect.

𝟑. 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐈𝐬 𝐍𝐨𝐭 𝐋𝐚𝐳𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬
Stop glorifying exhaustion. If you’re always “on,” then when are you actually you? Get your sleep. Take your breaks. Nap on a Sunday afternoon without guilt. Life isn’t a sprint, and you’re no good to anyone — especially yourself — when you’re running on fumes.

Rest, because you deserve it. Rest, because the world will still turn without you for a while.

𝟒. 𝐊𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐏𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐂𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐞
The older you get, the more you realize it’s not about how many friends you have, but how real they are. Find those people who’d drop everything when you call at 2 AM. The ones who sit with you in silence, laugh until they cry, and remind you of who you are when you forget.

Hold onto them. Relationships take work, but they’re worth it. Text that old friend. Call your mom. Say “yes” to the dinner, even if it’s inconvenient.

𝟓. 𝐌𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐁𝐨𝐝𝐲, 𝐓𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐈𝐭 𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐥
You don’t have to become a fitness guru, but take care of the one body you’ve got. Move — not because you hate it, but because it feels good to stretch, sweat, and be alive. Hike, swim, dance like an idiot in your living room. Fuel yourself with good food. Drink your water.

The best version of you starts when you stop punishing yourself and start showing your body some kindness.

𝟔. 𝐒𝐥𝐨𝐰 𝐃𝐨𝐰𝐧, 𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐆𝐨𝐝’𝐬 𝐒𝐚𝐤𝐞
We live in a world where faster means better, but that’s a lie. Eat your meals slowly and taste every bite. Have conversations without checking your phone. Watch a film in silence — no distractions, no side comments. Life’s best moments happen when you’re paying attention.

You’ll miss it if you’re always rushing.

𝟕. 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐅𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐬 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐥
Work pays the bills, but your passions keep you alive. Write, paint, cook, play guitar, take up pottery, or plant a garden. You don’t have to be great at it — just do something for the joy of doing it.

A balanced life isn’t just about surviving; it’s about having little pieces of your day that remind you why you love being alive.

𝟖. 𝐋𝐞𝐭 𝐆𝐨 𝐨𝐟 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐃𝐨𝐰𝐧
Carrying grudges, toxic relationships, or the weight of who you think you should be will only drag you under. Drop them. Let go. Not everything deserves space in your heart, and not everyone deserves a seat at your table.

Life feels a hell of a lot lighter when you stop carrying what isn’t yours to hold.

𝟗. 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭
Turn it off. Your phone, your laptop, your endless need to be reachable. Sometimes, the best way to find balance is to be unavailable. Let yourself get bored. Sit in the quiet. Talk to strangers. Do nothing for once, and see what happens.

The world will wait for you.

𝟏𝟎. 𝐋𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐋𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐈𝐬 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐞 (𝐁𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐈𝐭 𝐈𝐬)
Here’s the hard truth: you don’t have forever. None of us do. So, say the words, take the trip, spend the time. Use the good china. Laugh loudly. Love people as fiercely as you can, because one day you won’t get to anymore.

A balanced life isn’t perfect. It’s real, messy, and full of choices that remind you to live instead of just exist.

So in 2025, make those choices. Life’s too short to get it all right, but it’s long enough to get the important parts right.

Start there.

When I was younger, I always wondered how some people can go in movie theatres alone. I always thought that it has to be the loneliest thing in the world to do, then eating alone at a restaurant is second.

But I see it now.

I see it clearly now that life is not always about cuddles and holding hands. That it's not always about the movie dates and the travel goals because most of the time, it's about you finding peace in the simple things that you do. I eventually learned that life can get so busy that there will be days when you just want to shut everyone out and be with no one but yourself even for just a little while.

I don't know, maybe I'm getting old and becoming less fun of a person to be with. But if this is what peace feels like, hey—I'll take it.

In my disappointment
Let me comfort myself

In my fear
Let me reassure myself

In my anger
Let me calm myself

In my stress
Let me listen to myself

In my confusion
Let me organise myself

In my uncertainty
Let me find clarity

In my heartbreak
Let me find healing and closure

In my self-doubt
Let me find confidence

In my loneliness
Let me be at home with myself

In my stress
Let me soothe myself

In my struggle
Let me be still

In my weariness
Let me rest

In my pain
Let me heal and recuperate

In my sadness
Let me purge my emotions

In my failure
Let me recover

And in my regret
Let me release all burdens of the past

So that I may re-emerge
Strong, capable
And ready to take on life once more✨

RULES TO PROTECT YOUR INNER PEACE

1. Cut off toxic people in your life. Although it is not easy to do it, for you to have peace of mind, you have to.

2. Distance yourself from people who only give out negative thoughts and energy. They will never help you grow.

3. Choose your battles wisely. Not everything requires your energy and reaction.

4. Be careful in letting people be a part of your life. Not everyone is a friend.

5. Unwind. When everything starts to feel tiring, go on a vacation. You deserve it.

6. Learn when to walk away. If it is no longer giving you peace of mind, it is not worth it.

7. Always make time for yourself. Being alone feels therapeutic at times.

8. Have less time for social media and more of starting a new hobby. Be productive with your time.

9. Be adaptable to change. Always brace yourself for endless possibilities.

10. Knowing your triggers is your responsibility. Not all the time people will adjust for you.

"Right now, there are people all over the world who are just like you. They’re lonely. They’re missing somebody. They’re in love with someone they probably shouldn’t be in love with. They have secrets you wouldn’t believe. They wish, dream, hope, and they look out the window whenever they’re in the car or on a bus or train and they watch the people on the streets and wonder what they’ve been through. They wonder if there are people out there like them. They’re like you and you could tell them everything and they would understand. You’re never alone."

Someday you can finally say,
"Lord this is what I prayed for, thankyou"

I'm still dreaming, learning, and growing everyday.
I move at my own pace, and it makes no difference who succeeds first. The most important "I will become one".
Don't be pressured by what others see or dictate.
Remember they are not you. And you shouldn't rush things that require process and time. Because it's not porket "Not yet" is "not anymore" Trust the perfect timing. Let's just enjoy life calmly while the world tests us. Don't be pressured.
There is a right time for everything. It's just about what we dream of ourselves

Still young, Still dreaming, still learning, still growing, still doing mistakes. And that's okay

Green flags seem unnoticed nowadays...

They say, healthy relationships are boring.
But imagine someone makes you feel comfortable and secure, remembers little tiny details about you including your favorites, and giving you assurance even if you not asked it. Someone you can be vulnerable with, you can be yourself, you can be genuine without disrespecting you. Someone who has clear and vivid plans about your relationship. Someone who respects your time and boundaries and understands that you have other people in your life. Someone who makes time for you, care for you, and sees your flaws as ground for bloom. Someone who never lets you sleep with a heavy heart and never take advantage of you. Someone who communicates their thoughts because they care about your relationship;
that disagreements are part of it and wants it healthy.

Imagine having someone who is good for your heart.

05/05/2024

Let people misinterpret you.
Let people create an image they want to believe about you.
Let people say anything they want to say.
Let them be.
Let them judge you.
Let them condemn you.
Let them do whatever they want by just holding a small piece of you, by just hearing a portion of your story, and by just seeing you mess up.
Let them be.
Anyway, you don't have to prove yourself.
You don't have to please them and beg for their attention.
You don't have to tell them everything and make your story known to everyone to be understood and be accepted.
Because even if you did, they would not, especially when their mind is fixed on what they believe about you.
When they are only waiting for your actions to support their claims.
So instead of working to win people's hearts,
Work on building yourself.
Work on knowing yourself so deeply that people will be afraid of getting in and being buried alive.
Learn from your mistakes, embrace positive changes,
and be there for yourself when no one else is.
That's how most people survived.

Your life is your journey.
And whether it’s meant for you to have a companion
through it or to walk through it alone
Make sure you enjoy the path
Make sure your grasp all the details along the way
Make sure to plant kindness to grow in everyone you meet.
You don’t have to leave a great legacy
You don’t have to make great achievements.
It’s enough to live in peace leave a trail of beauty behind you.
Your life is your journey.
It’s starts and ends by you.
