📌 Budget - magkano ba kaya mong monthly? Kung magkano lang kaya mo doon ka mag-umpisa tumingin.

📌 Location - consider mo pa rin ang budget mo. Kung mura lang siguradong malayo sa Manila yan. Five (5) million na po pataas presyo ng Townhouse in QC, Marikina and nearby Metro Manila like Antipolo City, Cainta, Taytay Rizal, San Pedro, Laguna and Bacoor Cavite.

📌 Required Monthly Salary - Check mo na kaagad kung magkano sweldo mo kase doon sa rate lang magbabase kung magkano monthly pwede mo kunin! (pwede combined salary ninyo mag-asawa o family)

📌 Marital Status - laging tandaan ang legalities kapag kasal ka sa papel kahit na hiwalay kayo sa mata ng batas conjugal property padin ang lahat ng pagmamayari ninyo at need na ng Cenomar from PSA.
