Chuwayster Basketball Club (CBC) exist to help young and aspiring basketball player in developing their athletic skills and abilities. Our mission is to teach, develop, organize, manage and offer young players the opportunity to learn the fundamental skills of basketball while instilling life-lessons and values such as character, discipline, respect and sportsmanship. ), families and volunteers work together to cultivate a disciplined environment so every Chuwayster can reach their full potential, develop their talents and increase their skills in the game of basketball and more importantly treat the word “Respect” – as a guiding principle in life. Vision
CBC’s vision is to be able to produce a pool of talented young basketball players from the grassroots, that will represent our region in a higher level competition of basketball. Our mission can only be accomplished through a shared effort from coaches, players, and parents. Our coaches (Team Leaders) are all volunteers and contribute a significant amount of time teaching team concepts while working on individual skills. Players need to absorb the teaching provided and work to continually improve their skills. Parents need to be supportive of the coaching received and the efforts of their child.
