Yes, the holiday season can be a perfect time to get married. Some people are exchanging gifts while these lovely couple exchanged their vows. December is the most romantic time of the month and I've witnessed it. 🥂

LONG POST AHEAD ♥️

"Ang ganda ng suot mo, bagay sayo!"

Naalala ko sinabi sakin ng client ko na ang ganda daw ng suot ko at para daw akong mayaman. Pero alam nyo ba na may story ang bawat tela na yan?

This was my first set of clothes when I started hosting an event.
Yung top ko bigay lang, yung shoes ko hiram lang din pero yung "SKIRT" talaga ang nag iwan ng memories sakin.
Alam nyo ba na yung palda na suot ko dito ay tinahi ko lang sa kamay gamit ang tela na mula sa table cloth?

Opo. Tama po ☺️ Di naman halata diba? ✨
Nung mga panahong yan, madalas ang bayad sakin ay crewmeal swerte na kung may mag abot sa akin ng Tf. Maipakilala ko lang ang sarili ko, kahit walang bayad okay lang ang mahalaga mapasaya ko ang mga tao. Tuwing suot ko yung palda na yan sa mga events tumutulo ang luha hindi dahil nalulungkot ako kundi dahil sobrang proud ako sa sarili ko. 🥹 Kahit hindi ako kasing talino at kasing galing ng iba nakakatungtong ako sa entablado para makapagpasaya ng mga tao.

Naalala ko din na nag event ako ng isang pageant sa Barangay. Yung Entrance fee na tig lilima,sampu at may konting papel na bente na galing sa Entrance fee ng mga manonood ay inipon sa isang envelope worth 300 pesos at yun ang kauna unahang talent fee ko. Pero napakasaya na ng puso ko kasi first time nakatanggap ako ng ganun. Pakiramdam ko may halaga na ako 😇

Pag may nag iinquire saking client noon kahit walang deposit at assurance minimeeting ko agad para makita nila ang dedication ko. Pero one day bago ang event ay kakanselahin nila kasi may nahanap na silang iba. Madaming beses nadurog ang puso ko noon kasi akala ko naniniwala silang may talento ako.
Madalas, natuturn down ang mga Project Proposals ko sa client kasi kulang pa ako sa mga credentials.

Mula Tagaytay papuntang Laguna bibiyahe ako mag isa bitbit ang mga props ko. Madalas nababasa pa ng ulan kasi commute lang.

Kapag babalikan ko kung paano ako nagsimula, masasabi ko talaga na matapang at matatag pala ako.
Tuwing mananalangin ako noon, sinasambit ko na, "Kahit di na po ako makilala at sumikat, maitawid ko lang po yung buhay namin at may makain lang po kami ay okay na po ako"

Hindi ko po inaasahan na darating yung ganitong pagkakataon sa buhay ko na marerecognize po ako ng mga taong tunay na magtitiwala sa kakayahan ko.

Salamat po ng marami kasi nung mga panahong akala ko hindi ko kaya, naniwala po kayo sakin. 🥹

Kaya sa lahat po ng mga breadwinners na nangangarap ng magandang buhay para sa pamilya nila, tuloy nyo lang po yan. Continue to inspire people at wag po natin kakalimutan na maging mabuting tao sa lahat ng pagkakataon. Hamakin ka man ng tao sa paligid mo, patuloy po nating taglayin ang mabuting puso.

Saludo po ako sa lahat ng mga suppliers sa events na hindi sumuko sa mga pangarap nila. 🫡
