Job Title: Social Media Coordinator
Job Type: Full-Time (or Part-Time/Contract)

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and curate content across all social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Create and schedule posts using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later).
Collaborate with content creators, designers, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging across platforms.
Analyze social media metrics and report on performance, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
Stay updated on the latest social media trends, algorithms, and tools, adapting strategies as necessary.
Assist with the creation of marketing campaigns and promote them across social media.
Monitor competitors' social media presence and report on trends.
Requirements:
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field. (Experience may substitute for education.)
Certifications in social media marketing (e.g., from HubSpot, Hootsuite, or Meta) are a plus but not required.
Experience:
1-3 years of experience managing social media platforms for a brand or business.
Proven track record of growing a social media following and improving engagement rates.
Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer).
Experience in running paid social media campaigns (preferred but not mandatory).
Skills:
Content Creation: Experience with creating and curating engaging content for different social media platforms.
Writing Skills: Excellent copywriting and editing skills with attention to detail.
Design Skills: Basic graphic design skills (using tools like Canva, Adobe Spark, or Photoshop).
Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret social media analytics and make data-driven decisions.
Platform Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube (including best practices for each).
Video Editing: Familiarity with basic video editing tools for short-form content (a plus).
Soft Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Creative thinker with a keen eye for trends and details.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Adaptable, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in running social media ads on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok.
Knowledge of SEO and how social media content can contribute to web traffic.
Understanding of influencer marketing strategies.
