Anchor Mwen Rise Up Men have a special purpose. Every man dies. Not every man really lives. William Wallace

Just do it

The greatest want of the world is the want of men-men who will not be bought or sold; men who in their inmost souls are true and honest; men who do not fear to call sin by its right name; men whose conscience is as true to duty as the needle to the pole; men who will stand for the right though the heavens fall.

At what point in life is it too late?
Do aspirations have a "use by" date or dare I say an age bracket?

Well, I am a 40 years older and becoming wiser. For those who had realized this earlier, I applaud you and may this be a lesson to others but this is not about lamenting, this is about making the right choices when you have them.

This week I took a day off work to scout potential land packages to consider building a family home.

House and riches are the inheritance of fathers Prov 19:14

Rememer, character is caught not taught.

So my sons can learn about the principles of God and Life. We will need a house in the next 12 months God-willing. Will update on the next development.

There has to be a limit on being over-humble. When you have people who depend on you and your job cannot appreciate your value, its time to leave or remain and whine.

Passion, Consistency & Innovation....
Was a regular to this lambflaps market some 12 years ago and goes on to speak that if wherever you are, if you're good enough, you will be recognized and imagine the volume of sales. Good on ya mate, lesson for some of us, still working for other people.

Drinking and Partying around your Kids is not Normal

I remembered when I was younger all the adults would party all night long, it would started off as laughing and having fun. Later on in the night it would turn into swearing and arguing, then fighting and smashing of pots and plates. It was normal to kids that were brought up in settlements.
I remembered watching their eyes change to a red glossy tint and their words would turned into slurs. A few chosen kids would be offered a sip of alcohol, while parents would laughed and joked about it. Parents would introduced you to random people and toxic adults. "Give aunty/uncle a hug" with the smell of alcohol in their mouth. Sometimes those adults would hurt some of the children, this happened in so many homes. The next morning, the house would be a mess, the smell of ci******es, spilt alcohol and vomits on the floor. Adults would be sleeping on the floor, the chairs, different rooms, at the table and even on the ground. Empty home-brew (steam) containers/beer bottles would be all over the house with no food in the kitchen. Then you're left sitting there all alone, in the cleanest spot you can find, trying to find something to eat.

This isn't a normal childhood, this was my childhood and that of so many others like me. Christmas and new year is fast approaching, and I am going to celebrate it with my kids with good foods, peace and love in my home. NO ALCOHOL and NO TOXIC FRIENDS. Break that cycle of addiction abuse, your children will benefit from it.
