After about 7 years of closure, Mendi Airport in the Southern Highlands Province has now officially reopened.
The redeveloped airport was built at the cost of around K41 Million.

The Timeless Calculator

In 2012, amidst the flurry of back-to-school shopping, I stumbled upon a small scientific calculator tucked away in a corner of the store. It wasn't the flashiest or the newest model, but something about it caught my eye. Little did I know, that unassuming calculator would become a steadfast companion throughout the years.

As I delved into my studies, that calculator became more than just a tool for solving equations; it became a symbol of perseverance and determination. Through late-night study sessions and nerve-wracking exams, it stood by my side, silently crunching numbers and providing solutions.

Years passed, technology advanced, yet my trusty calculator remained unchanged. While others upgraded to sleeker, more advanced devices, I stuck with mine, each scratch and scuff a testament to the countless hours we'd spent together.

Through the highs and lows of academia, that calculator never faltered. It became a constant in an ever-changing world, a reliable anchor amidst the chaos. Its keys became familiar, its functions second nature.
