For seventy-five earth minutes we were quite literally teleported away. 'Beyond Time' combined martial arts, dance and live music, which was executed with discipline yet freely.

The Taiwanese performers left me and the almost fully full Royal Opera House Muscat spellbound and in quite a medative state of mind. They too seemed be in a trance of some kind, yet ably working their mystical talents for us all and not breaking out of character until the fourth curtain call.
An immensely moving production.

Update - I've been a part of this project only for a few weeks, I've been contributing from my home in Muscat, on Saturdays 1-3pm GMT (5-7pm Muscat) and it's been great reconnecting with my hometown (Portsmouth) via radio.....
