I was working on this when the world took an unexpected tilt.. everyone was shaken and we all tried to hang on without falling into darkness.. after few months we all came out off our shelters and looked around to see how things are going to be.. we are counting our blessings and trying to find rays of hope in the still dark world.. we have to restart things that we had to stop, we have to find new ways to do things in this new normal... Hanging on to HOPE and moving on...

I’m glad I’m still on track.. a bit more of progress on what I’m working on.. it should be ready by . I’m a also an and comes after that. I’m happy that few stitches a day is helping to keep myself sane .. I doubt if my mind is stuck with one colour..

After long time.. took my needle and thread.. I couldn’t stitch anything for Christmas.. that hangover was haunting me and I thought I will start with this for new year.. hope I can carry this energy in coming days and months

attempt. Trying to find some time for myself.. at times it is just less than 5 mts. when I get a 15 mts for myself that’s a lottery. If I try to learn something new, the me time I get will be more productive.. so this time tried my hands on . There are many more stitches to learn .. and need some more perfection .. but I’m happy..

or was one of the techniques I wanted to try since long. I sourced this fabric almost 10 years back. It is actually not running material, it is upcycled from a cheap cushion cover. I zigzagged 1” inside the edge and frayed it, to finish it into a 36”x15” runner. I loved working on this project. It is an amazing way to weave and make patterns. I definitely have to explore more to learn more. I’m liking it and hope to do more
