Garage Sale is back with a vengeance! And this time it's personal...
We're pulling out all the stops for this one to bring you a next-level night of music and vibes, including one international artist, some serious domestic talent, and a whole stack of big bass courtesy of the MIGHTY Further Sound sound system.
Our headliner, joining us from across the ditch for his Aotearoa debut is rising star IsGwan (Naarm/Melbourne) - an artist who has been turning some serious heads in the underground bass scene with recent releases on some hot labels such as Extra Spicy, Taipan Trax, Bubble, Finespun and Belters. He will be hitting our shores hot off the back of his first ever UK tour, serving up flavours of garage, breaks and jungle with a cherry on top. Isgwan down!
He will be joined by Otautahi up-and-comer EMILIE for her Pо̄neke debut. This is another talented producer who has been serving up some tasty flavours as of late, including some big tunes on Gimme A Break Records and Echo Train. She's recently been announced for some big festivals, and word on the street is she's killing all her sets down south, so we can't wait to welcome her to the decks to show us a few tricks!
They will be joined by Garage Sale regulars SINJIN, NOYER and host MC/resident rig tester YOUNG GHO$T, three artists who know how to get the party popping. Sinjin hasn't made an appearance with us since the first Garage Sale, and with that set already the stuff of legends we are excited to see what she has to pull out the bag this time! Noyer and Gho$t you already know what they do... come on down early to soak up some big vibes and set your night right.
We also listened to feedback from you lot as well as from our ears, and we're bringing FURTHER SOUND to help us out on audio duties. If you've been to one of their gigs before you'll know this thing RUMBLES, so make sure you bring earplugs as well as your dancing shoes.
