We all know that having a good grasp of our technology is essential, and memorising every single software process and standard operating procedure (SOP) isn’t the best use of our time.
So let’s focus on creating systems that support us. Here's our top tips!
👉 Centralised Documentation
Maintain easy-to-access, up-to-date documentation that can be referenced as needed.
👉 Efficient Training
Provide targeted training sessions that cover essential functions without overwhelming with details.
👉 Intuitive Tools
Choose software that is user-friendly and intuitive, reducing the learning curve and the need for constant memorisation.
👉 Regular Updates
Keep our SOPs and processes updated regularly to reflect the latest changes and improvements.
By shifting our approach from memorisation to systemisation, we can conserve our brainpower for the strategic, impactful work that makes a real difference.
Let’s make our tools and systems work for us, so we can focus on what truly matters.
We all know that having a good grasp of our technology is essential. But trying to memorise every single software process and standard operating procedure (SOP) isn’t the best use of our time.
Here’s why:
❌ It’s Impractical
With the vast number of tools we use, memorising each one is simply not feasible.
❌ It’s Inefficient
Software interfaces and business processes are constantly evolving, making it unrealistic to keep up with every change.
❌ It’s Not Impactful
Our focus should be on the tasks that drive our business forward, not on rote memorisation of procedures.
Relying on memorising SOPs can quickly deplete our mental energy, leaving us less capable of engaging in the meaningful work that truly drives our business.
Instead, let’s focus on creating systems that support us! Keep your eyes peeled as we share some of these over the next few weeks.
Relationships are key to every transaction.
We really get to know you, your business and your industry to make sure our systems solutions are tailored completely to your needs.

We've been working for more than 5 years with Transpower on the Access & Occupation project.
We made things much easier for everyone involved by turning a complicated process that used to involve a lot of emails and spreadsheets into a 6-stage process that runs smoothly with automated steps.
The people who care about this project are really happy with it, and so are we!
We love seeing how much our work can impact and improve a business' operations.
