Labour Weekend is almost here - traditionally the start of the summer season .

You have until noon today to get your advert or notice into the paper for Friday - it's a big paper as there is a lot going on this weekend, so no late ads please.

There are only two weekends to go before Labour Weekend, traditionally the start of the season :)

We have so much going on in Golden Bay that weekend: The Masters Football will be taking place; the annual showcase for all things arty - Bay Art - opens; Rockville Museum will be opening; Pakawau Hall will be hosting the annual Car Boot Sale; the quilters will be showing off their beautiful handiwork in Collingwood; and, on Sunday, Pohara Boat Club have a sailing Open Day.

If you have an event you want to share with the community, or have a change in opening hours, please get in touch now.
