Nice to test a new hard top game fishing.

Headed out off Whakatane to chase tuna in the impressive 720 Walker powered with Honda 250hp.

Had tuna jumping at 60m in 20+deg water behind Whale Is but no hookups.

Sea dropped away, nice and glassy. Summer is near!

We shot up to Anglers Lodge in Coromandel for a couple of nights to chase the workups and the weather and fishing has turned it on!

Epic snapper fishing on jigs, great trip and hard to leave.

Great weekend of catching up with school mates to remember our mate Iain "Potz" McCahon & compete for his memorial trophy, won by Brian Snooks. Good times on west coast!

Pretty challenging conditions fishing in the Lure Masters at the Kaipara graveyard, forecast was looking bad but sea was good all morning. Very wet!

Plenty of nice fish in 50-60cm range but no big dogs and couldnt find the kings.

535 Oceanpro went well on the big mission, 45 NM and only 36L for Honda 90hp!

Always a good trip back out on the wild west coast of Northland. Hunting and fishing around the Kaipara. Putting new Lanza rods to the test. Cold starts but spring like days!

Just launched on the weekend!

The new Oceanpro 535 centre console paired with 90hp Honda is a well set up boat for fishing!

Fitted with U-Dek throughout it looks great, with the latest Lowrance HDS-Pro and Recon trolling motor to hunt down fish.
