These people who apply will need to be very dedicated and passionate about the game they are to manage or coach. Players wanting to represent Nativez in competitive will need to DM the page and take on the interview process to either progress or not, if not Successful that does not mean we have stopped looking at you for future references we encourage people to re-apply. Nativez is a eSports club founded 2017, the first eSports Academy in NZ. Nativez eSports is dedicated to promoting grassroots eSports in Aotearoa New Zealand.

Our aim is to create a foundation on which professional eSports can thrive and grow and we believe we need to do that by starting in the regions. Our goal is to expose our teams to a variety of gaming pathways; from streaming to shout casting, professional play to event coordination and marketing, game development, coding and animation. Nativez eSports is all about building team leadership, sportsmanship, competitive play and communication with a focus on the core techniques which will help you and others get the best out of every gaming experience.

Ambition: To see NZ eSports teams and DNA Gaming taking out international competitions around the world.
