We are seeking experienced Concrete Precasters to be a part of a busy production environment in our modern indoor factory.

Being part of our team means that you will be key to the Company reaching its goals of being the preferred supplier to the South Island for precast concrete products and support the company's approach to customers, growth, and staff.

You must have a strong focus on Health and Safety in the workplace.

Main duties include but not limited to:
• Set Up Precast Concrete Panels ready for pouring
• Work with Concrete, Steel, and Timber
• Assist with Concrete Pouring and Finishing
• Adhere to All Health and Safety Procedures and Regulations
Job Requirements:
• Previous experience in precast manufacturing, however, evidence of similar production experience and a history of reliability, teamwork, enthusiasm and hard work is also valued.
• Experience reading plans
• Clear attention to detail
• The ability to work unsupervised as part of a dedicated team
• Have a good work ethic and take pride in your work
• Able to follow instructions
Applicants for this position must have NZ residency or a valid NZ work permit and be able to pass a pre-employment Drug and Alcohol test.

Keen for a change?
We have a great opportunity for an experienced CAD operator to work across our Reinforcing Steel and Precast Concrete operations.

The primary focus of the role is the preparation of Precast Concrete shop drawings and the modeling of Reinforcing Steel within Precast and Insitu Concrete Structures for use within our production environment. This is a role that works alongside our fantastic production team and has contact with our customers daily.

Outside of that, this is an opportunity for the right person to step into a flexible environment where you can shape the systems and the role you will play within the business.

What About you?
As well as being an all-round fantastic person, to succeed in this role, you will ideally need:
• Minimum of 5 years of relatable experience within New Zealand
• Proficiency using AutoCAD or Microstation
• Excellent communication skills
• A systematic thinker with great time management
