For someone who has been in media for 25 years I find it easy as to write about others but not me and hope my mahi speaks for itself.
In short, yada press photographer retrained as a journo and then specialised in social media. Got a few awards and am super proud of one from the Ministry of Defense for using social media in a crisis (don't mention the great Raetihi Diesel spill of 2013). Dip, Hons Deg, Grad Dip and half a thesis...apparently that matters? Qualified, tick. Short version is I love creating real-world engaging content that helps empower whatever community I'm sharing it with.
