You work all year just to take a week or two vacation.
You work all your life to retire in old age,
And contemplate only your last breaths.

Eventually you realize that life is nothing but a parody of yourself practicing for your own oblivion.

We have become so accustomed to material and social slavery that we no longer see the chains.

Life is a short journey, live it!
Collect memories, not material things!

Self love is a journey. It's an expansion. It's a choice. A choice you get to make everyday to put yourself first.

It's not easy. When you've been programmed to do the complete opposite.

But the more you show up for yourself. Create boundaries. Understand your limitations and understand what you really want. That self love grows.

Keep showing up for yourself. Keep having your own back. That's self love. Learning who you are. Your needs, wants and desires. Heart lead. Not mind lead. That's self love.

Allowing yourself to be. Just as you are and being ok with that. Knowing it's a journey, an evolution, you are the creation. No rush, no completion, no failure, just showing up daily. Holding yourself, being patient and being present.
