It’s hard to see things sticking up when you’re watching the lens. Ahhh well lol πŸ˜‚ πŸ˜‚

Bloody awesome way to end the weekend, Saturday night went out for possum shooting to get some dog food, got home late as the following morning. Had few hours sleep, planned a quick late Sunday morning mission to go up the forestry to have a look and sightseeing. Wasn't expecting to see any deer out and about, just after 12pm we were very lucky to see an hind up the hill in the pines at about 160m, shot that one, reload gun and saw the 2nd hind popped her head up a bit further up got that one too. Unloaded gun and put it down we saw 3rd deer and it took off, let that one live another day. Recover the 2 deer on the same Ridge, then headed straight home since it was too hot. Hung it up n chuck couple bags of ice to cool down. Couple cold drinks before 2 of the boys headed back to Tauranga. Plenty of fresh venison for the boys to take home for their freezer later on the week. Hope yall have an awesome week whanau πŸ’―
