We are always looking. For different things. But one thing we can confirm ….No-one is You-er than You! (Thank you Dr. Seuss!)

Your ability, your range, your training, your beautiful skin you live within, your personality, your story, how you identify, or anything you may deem to be your flaws or vulnerabilities, something you might feel insecure about is NOT your brick wall. It’s actually what brings your auditions to life. We want YOU.

It is your key……In fact, these are the most beautiful, nuanced qualities that casting directors are looking for. These are your STRENGTHS. Your special edge and point of difference. When you bring your authentic qualities to your characters, your auditions, you stand out.

Who you are and what you bring to the role is IMPORTANT.

We watch every audition tape ever submitted, for every job. If you don’t hear from us it doesn’t mean you haven’t been successful. Or you haven’t made an impact on us. Casting teams take notes. We know who stands out for us, for different reasons depending on the job. It means we will ask YOU to audition again. Don’t be offended if we keep asking you to self-tape. It means we are really wanting to get you a job! And if we haven’t yet, we are just waiting for that casting brief!

You may not have been selected for a role but we absolutely watch, enjoy and take notes of all your beautiful performances. It’s a privilege to be your audience.
