Hi, I’m a rookie spinner and recently bought some fibre from Tally Ho in central Otago on recent trip south. To cut a long story short, after speaking to my aunt an expert spinner she advised that it was the wrong fibre for my project. I was wondering if anyone in the group would like to buy it from me. I paid $78, would sell for $75. Pickup Marybank Nelson 02108785210. Thanks Diane

This is a very quick reminder that on 28 May there will be no meeting at the Golf Club Cafe. Instead we will be gathering at the Refinery Art Space in Hardy Street to view the Changing Threads Exhibition. Please be there by 10 am as Ronnie Martin is booked to give a floor talk starting at 10 am.

After that, those who wish can go around the corner in Church Street to the Tern cafe for a coffee, or whatever.
