Notice to RaceForm retailers

Due to the devastating effects of Cyclone Gabrielle, we have been advised by NZ Post services that all deliveries and pick-ups have been temporarily suspended to Northland, the Coromandel Peninsula, Taranaki, Hawke's Bay, Gisborne and Whakatane. For this reason, we have been forced to make the decision to not dispatch Issue 149 of RaceForm this week to these locations.

RaceForm has been sent out to all other areas, but please be aware that there may be delays in the arrival of your order.

Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding during this extreme weather event.

UPDATE: RaceForm is now rolling out for sale at South Island stockists this morning!

Hi everyone,

NOT a great morning, finding out that our courier operators have somehow managed to take ALL of our South Island NZ Cup Week RaceForms to Blenheim by mistake.

We are getting these urgently sent to Christchurch, and hopefully these specials will delivered around the rest of the South Island tomorrow morning.

We are super sorry. And we are beyond devastated right now.

ATTENTION RACEFORM READERS

Due to circumstances beyond our control, printing of this week’s edition of RaceForm has been delayed, with an inevitable impact on deliveries to our subscriber and retail network.

Subscribers will receive a separate direct communication which will enable them to download a PDF copy of this week’s RaceForm, and as an additional gesture to retail buyers, we are offering a similar service. That will require you to email RaceForm at [email protected] and you will receive a link to the RaceForm PDF.

Please note that the current challenges have forced the decision to not include Friday fields and form. However, NZ and Australian Saturday gallop fields including Cox Plate Day, Sunday’s domestic gallops and harness fields as well as Monday’s Ashburton Flying Stakes card are all there to help you through a busy holiday weekend of racing.

We sincerely apologise for the situation that has arisen, but rest assured we are doing everything in our power to reduce any inconvenience to the people who support us.

Please note:
Subscribers nationwide will receive their copies, and RaceForm will be on sale at normal retail outlets outside the greater Auckland region. In Auckland, due to Alert Level 4, RaceForm will be on sale only at permitted Auckland outlets, but not through TABs or stationers.

Unfortunately, with the current Alert Levels in NZ, RaceForm is once again on hold this week. This also means that those who are subscribers have had their subscriptions paused until we resume printing.
