Getting back into the saddle again :-)

Today we finished day 5 of the Speakers Challenge.

Brushing up on old skills that I had not used for a few decades, and learning new elements about how to give a great speech to inspire with the skilful teachings of TedX speaker KKaley W Chu

She did an amazing job doing100 Lunches With Strangers, entered the stage as a TedX speaker, and establised herself as a worldwide known speaker, and works closely together with one of my mentors from the early days when I started many years ago BBrian Tracy

Feeling very blessed today 😍to having said yes to something when I was at a dead end stage in my iife last year.

It shows that, when you have dream and goals and hold on to them, even when life throws a lot of curveballs at you - you WILL succeed!

I’ve been guilty in the pass for trying to do things on my own, and this is a common problem for many people because of the ideal to become ‘self made’.💁‍♂️

But the truth is, success is a team sport, and if you want to become successful, than you need to surround yourself with the people who are further down the path than you.💹

It's simple. If you want to be the best, then spend time with and learn from the best.🎯

More than that, what I’m most proud of is that I’ve decided to become one of the few coaches that actually invest in coaching themselves.🤗

Congruency is key to becoming a successful coach and I can't expect my clients to hire me if I don’t get coaching myself.

Going to be a crazy good jampacked 3 days!! And I'm looking forward to be doing it from the comfort of my office in my PJs 📷😂😂

Uruguayan Chocolate ice cream came up yesterday during a conversation. It sounded so yummy! I was intrigued and decided that it needed investigation :-) Gonna definitely try some out!

Rich in flavor and infused with plenty of Latin American passion, Uruguayan desserts are a real treat for both natives and tourists alike.

Hadn't thought I would be able to last year, when I I had a bit of a setback and my brain was struggling again as an after-effect of TBI that popped up after prolonged periods of stress-overdose and PTSD.

5-day online Neuro Linguistic Programming Bootcamp, long hours, totally worth it. Dosed up on my Golden Drops, some brain supporting supplements, lots of freshly made juices to make sure that department was functioning to full capacity 👍🤩🤩🤩

Thanks to Tony Kaye, Shane Bird and NLP crew who made sure that everybody was looked after, the energy amongst everybody who took part in this event, was electrifying, inspiring and energizing.

Before I learned from Tony Kaye and Shane BirdI had little idea what amazing tool NLP is to completely change and transform your life from being stuck and in the slow lane 🐛 to feeling free, more energy and zest for life.😍😍

Loved every minute of it and looking forward to implementing NLP in my upcoming 5 day FREE Tiny Challenge. More about that in the next few days 😍
