To all of my Female friends from 40 years and up... most of us are going through the next phase of our lives. We're at that age where we see wrinkles, grey hair, and extra kilos/pounds. We have worked, ran households, paid the bills, dealt with sickness, sadness, and everything else life has assigned us. We are survivors... we are warriors in the quiet... we are Ladies...like a classic car or a fine wine. Even if our bodies may not be what they once were, they carry our souls, our courage, and our strength. We should never feel bad about getting older. It's a privilege that is denied to so many. Enjoy every minute ❤️

WHAT is a Virtual Assistant?
A Virtual Assistant is someone who comes into support you with the back end operations of your business. They are the implementers of all your ideas and support you to bring your business vision, mission and purpose to life!

WHY you need a Virtual Assistant!
As a business owner wearing all the hats will often lead to burnout and or a whole lot of ideas that end up going no where because you lack time and or skills to implement.
You have a vision and a mission for your business but you spend alot of time figuring out the HOW vs the WHAT and that’s where a VA can support you.
